has the tax information for 2006 been mailed out to landlords
Yes. 1099s were mailed out today (Tuesday). They were delayed because there were some errors spotted and these could result in fines for DHA if they went out.
We urge landlords to check these carefully against their own records and report discrepancies as soon as possible.
