In the coming weeks, DHA landlords will be receiving login information for secure online access to their DHA Housing Choice Voucher account. Earlier this year, landlords enrolled in Direct Deposit and this next step will allow them to reconcile their monthly accounts using live information.
Along with managing the dollars between DHA and its landlords, the new website will also make it much easier for landlords to keep in close touch with DHA's inspections department, including schedule monitoring and messaging.When landlords are ready to sign in, they can go to the "Information for Landlords" page on the DHA website and click on the "Landlord Access Website" link.
